Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator

Step into a dynamic Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator role where no two days are the same. In this hybrid role, you will support the outside sales team while ensuring accurate, timely, and professional execution of sales operations.
Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator Support
- Prospect and follow up with existing and prospective customers via phone and email.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and route qualified opportunities to Territory Managers.
- Support lead qualification, sample requests, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with assigned house or smaller accounts.
Sales Administration Profile
- Prepare and manage sales quotes in coordination with outside sales and internal teams.
- Enter and maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, and customer data in the D365 CRM system.
- Track open quotes, follow-ups, and next steps to support timely closures.
- Support sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and administrative sales functions.
Internal Sales Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between sales, customer service, operations, and management.
- Support the National Sales Manager with coordination and administrative tasks.
- Assist with standardizing sales processes, documentation, and templates.
Your Experience
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or sales administration.
- B2B experience preferred; packaging, manufacturing, or industrial products experience a plus.
- Strong phone presence and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (D365 preferred), Microsoft Office, and sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, hybrid environment.
Incentives & Compensation
In addition to hourly compensation ($24-32/hr DOE, DOQ), this role is eligible for a performance-based incentive program. Incentives may be tied to qualified leads generated, effectiveness in supporting sales opportunities, quote-to-close support, and overall contribution to sales team performance.
Physical Demands
Must be able to occasionally lift and manoeuvre 50+pounds. Requires bending, squatting, climbing and reaching.
